Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the software and IT services domain.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in Saudi Arabia.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across various industries.
Understand client requirements and challenges to propose tailored software solutions and services.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Prepare compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide valuable feedback from clients to refine and improve offerings.
Proposal and Contract Management:
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations that align with client needs.
Negotiate terms and conditions to finalize contracts.
Networking and Branding:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars to enhance visibility.
Build and expand a network of key decision-makers within the target market.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the software/IT services industry. Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business landscape, particularly in technology and digital transformation.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software, AI solutions, and digital services.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to cultural nuances and business practices in Saudi Arabia.
