About the Role
ANC Business Solutions is scaling agentic AI adoption across India, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. As a Business
Development Executive, you'll be the bridge between ambitious enterprises and the AI agents that transform how
they operate — owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed partnership.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can speak the language of business value, not just technology —
translating complex AI capabilities into clear, measurable outcomes for Finance, HR, Operations, and
Procurement leaders.
What You'll Do
- ✓Own a regional pipeline — identify, qualify, and close enterprise
opportunities for SmartHR, SmartFin, KontractX, and the AI Voice Agent.
- ✓Run discovery conversations that map a client's workflows to the right agentic
AI solution.
- ✓Deliver compelling demos and proposals alongside our solutions team.
- ✓Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across the GCC and India.
- ✓Partner with delivery to ensure every engagement ends in measurable client
outcomes.
- ✓Feed market signal back into product and positioning.
What You'll Bring
- ✓2–6 years in B2B / enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology
services.
- ✓A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- ✓Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to sell business value.
- ✓Excellent communication in English; Arabic or Hindi is a strong plus.
- ✓Comfort operating across India, UAE, and Saudi markets.
- ✓Genuine curiosity about AI and how it reshapes enterprise work.
Nice to Have
- ★Existing network among enterprise Finance, HR, or Legal leaders.
- ★Experience selling automation, RPA, or data platforms.
- ★Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Dynamics, Fabric).
